Paula's Quilt-another finish!

I realized my sister Paula, would be visiting soon from California and I had not finished her quilt!  I needed to get busy.  Well, I did and got it finished and was able to give it to her while she was here in April.

Gracie always has to get in the picture.

The backing fabric I bought from Hancock Fabrics.  It was pricey, but I had a coupon and was so worth it.

Her name, the year and the infinity symbol in the lower left corner.  Because I love her from infinity and beyond.  I have it put on all my loved ones quilts to remind them.

WIP--Progress made on Big Granny Squares

Got the quilt top finished and put together expect the border.  I am very pleased with it.  Was a quick and easy pattern

This is the fabric I choose yesterday at Hancock's Fabric.  I just love it.  It was a little pricey.  Thank goodness for their 20% off coupon!

I can't wait to get it all put together.  I need to take the top to the embroiderers first to have my sister's name put on it.  Guess it's time to start another.
